WillPower is a youth empowerment organization that equips young men with tools of personal development through intentional mentorship. Alongside our nonprofit, we help move young men from disparities caused by limited support, confidence, and emotional immaturity toward success built on vision, guidance, and accountability. You can find us partnered with schools and communities to deliver transformative programing that improves outcomes and develops leaders.
Our mission is to cultivate a generation of confident & resilient individuals who will harness the power of self-awareness and emotional intelligence. We exist to empower youth with the tools to maximize their potential, discover their purpose & experience a life of imaginable possibilities.
WillPower is an approved partner of Harford County Public Schools, providing programming & mentorship services to young men during the school day. Across 6 schools, we are seen cultivating bonds with young men, having needed discussions & inspiring them to see their potential in the classroom.
As we work diligently in schools, we endeavor to do the same in neighborhoods and communities through a list of charitable acts of service. Community generosity helps us sustain initiatives such as our summer camp, back to school giveaways & food distributions.
