School -Based Programming

 The consistent presence of WillPower mentors boosts morale among students as we become synonymous with a safety, support and personal excellence. During our half day schedules, we push students toward self-discipline & academic achievement. In moments of crisis or disruption, our mentors provide comfort, and clear guidance. Fully present and deeply connected, they build the trust needed for both inspiration and redirection to be received. Skilled in de-escalation, mediation, and relationship-building, WillPower mentors serve as a vital support to both students and teachers. 

Whether before, during, or after school, WillPower mentors empower male students from elementary through high school. Using Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) we equip students to overcome internal challenges that hinder academic achievement. Our daily model includes morning character-development meetings, scheduled one-on-one mentorship sessions and classroom visits to support performance and accountability.

We also facilitate Leaders Unleashed, a program that deepens students’ sense of purpose and responsibility through quarterly leadership roles: Leadership Council, Community Service, Student Ambassadors, and Peer Mentors.
