School -Based Programming

 The consistent presence of WillPower mentors boosts morale among students as we become synonymous with a safety, support and personal excellence. During our half day schedules, we push students toward self-discipline & academic achievement. In moments of crisis or disruption, our mentors provide comfort, and clear guidance. Fully present and deeply connected, they build the trust needed for both inspiration and redirection to be received. Skilled in de-escalation, mediation, and relationship-building, WillPower mentors serve as a vital support to both students and teachers. 

 WillPower mentors young men from elementary school through adulthood. Through social and emotional learning and experiential opportunities, we equip students with the skills to overcome internal challenges that impact academic success and personal growth. Our daily model includes structured group sessions, individualized one-on-one mentorship, and classroom support to promote accountability, engagement, and performance.
